The DVD is designed for all participants to use at home to enable them to maintain their fitness, health and mobility on a regular basis. Help Our CharityPATH GROUP - Charity Number SCO25023 In 1988, a group of disabled people realised there was nothing for disabled people in the west end of Glasgow. Although members suffered from various disabling illnesses, they were able bodied enough to start there own group, the Partick and Thornwood Handicapped group (PATH). After a lot of hard work and various fundraising activities, they received funding from Glasgow West Social Work, Possil Park Parish Church and Anderson and Kelvin Grove Parish Church, enabling them to set up the PATH group. Chair Based Movement instructor Barbara Boyd knows members within the group and teaches the group regularly. As directors of Bargo services, Gordon Craig and Barbara Boyd are delighted to support the PATH group. |
